Location is right on top of Kluang Railway Coffee shop. Expect waiting time to park during daytime. But after coffee shop closed, plenty of parking. There’s also a Ninso RM2.40 shop next to coffee house. Staff are very warm and accomodative to any inquiries. There’s no kettle in the room but you can get hot or cold water from coway machine near reception counter. Ironing facility is avail in a separate room behind reception. Room is ok, not too spacious but comfy for couple. Bathroom is clean and shower has cold/hot water tap. Would definitely book here again if we’re in Kluang town.

Friendly and dedicated staff. Both female staff during our stay are very attentive with our needs and wellbeing. And are present there at the reception every time we need something. At first I felt upset because we got a room on the 2nd floor not 1st because I booked late. But the view of our 2nd floor room was superb. 100% satisfied.

Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and clean room. Good location. Easy parking. Comfortable beds. Sufficient plug points. Food readily available. Rail coffee shop just downstairs. Very comfortable stay. Can refill drinking water from water dispenser. Good water pressure and big shower head.
